Spinal Cord Injury Ontario (SCIO) is excited to invite community members to our Boccia Try-It Day on Sunday, December 7th, from 3:00–4:00 PM, free of charge at the Canada Games Complex (Québec Room). Boccia is an inclusive Paralympic precision ball sport designed for people of all abilities — with or without a disability. Originally created for individuals with severe cerebral palsy, it has grown into a welcoming, accessible, and highly adaptable sport enjoyed by players with a wide range of mobility levels.

Easy to learn yet rich in strategy, Boccia offers a fun, social, and meaningful way to get active. Join us and discover a sport that truly belongs to everyone!
