Empowering Job Seekers with Disabilities: Confidence, Skills & Strategy
Accessible Employment Services invites you to join a free, two-day virtual workshop designed to support job seekers with disabilities in building confidence, strengthening their job search, and taking meaningful steps toward employment.
This interactive workshop takes a holistic approach, recognizing that mindset, well-being, and energy all play an important role in a successful job search. Participants will gain practical tools and strategies in a supportive, inclusive, and judgment-free environment.
What you’ll learn:
- Identify your strengths and transferable skills
- Create or improve your resume and cover letter
- Develop effective job search and networking strategies
- Understand workplace accommodations and your rights
- Build a realistic, personalized action plan
Workshop Details:
When: Tuesday April 28 & Wednesday April 29, 2026
Time: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Format: Free 2-day virtual workshop (Zoom)
- Duration: 4 hours per day (including breaks and a lunch break)
- Access: A Zoom link will be provided upon registration
- Environment: Safe, inclusive, and supportive space
- Incentive: A stipend is available for participants who fully complete both days
