Join us for a Coffee Drop-In in St.Catharines

Living with a spinal cord injury or similar disability in the St.Catharines area? Join us for our Coffee Drop-In Group, a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a relaxed environment. Through open conversation, peer connection, and shared resources, we aim to build community and empower one another along the journey.

When: Thursday, November 26, 2026

Time: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Location: Aspira Heatherwood Retirement living – Wellness Centre 115 Scott Street, St. Catharines
