Living with a spinal cord injury or similar disability in the Hamilton-Kitchener area? Join us for our Coffee Drop-In Group, a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a relaxed environment. Through open conversation, peer connection, and shared resources, we aim to build community and empower one another along the journey.
