Build confidence for the future of work

AES NEXT STEP Digital Skills and Employment builds participant confidence in artificial intelligence, workplace readiness, digital capability and future employment skills.

Program Learning Outcomes – Participants develop AI understanding, responsible technology use, workplace skills, employment preparation capability and confidence applying digital tools.

12-Week Learning Journey –  cover AI foundations, responsible AI, career exploration, employment preparation, interviews, productivity, inclusion, problem-solving, collaboration, professional branding, capstone preparation and showcase.

This program is funded by a Community Impact Grant from Ecclesiastical Insurance.

You’ll Graduate With 

  • AI literacy for today’s workplace  
  • A professional resume and cover letter  
  • An optimized LinkedIn profile  
  • A personalized AI prompt library for employment tasks  
  • Interview preparation toolkit  
  • Individual Employment Action Plan  
  • Certificate of Completion  

Date: Thursdays, September 10 – November 26, 2026

Time: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm weekly

Location: Virtual Workshop

Who can apply to join: Adults (18+) living with spinal cord injurymobility-related disability or other disabilities who are seeking employment, changing careers, or looking to build workplace skills.

No previous AI experience is required. Basic computer and internet skills are all you need.
