Life Before and After A Spinal Cord Injury

stROLL in Your Community

Make it your goal, to do the stROLL, and make a significant impact in the lives of over 33,000 Ontarians living with a spinal cord injury. 

Walk, wheel or run 2.5, 5k or 10km (the choice is yours) at a location of your choice on Sunday, September 18th, 2016 or the pre-organized date in your community. You can stROLL solo or with friends. You can also join a pre-organized stROLL happening in Ottawa, Sault Ste. Marie and Hamilton.

2016 Wheelchair Challenge

Join us at the Wheelchair Challenge End of Summer Celebration on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Monarch Park Stadium in Toronto.  You’ve heard of our Wheelchair Relay Challenge?  This is a new revamped version filled with exciting, fun challenges.  Whether you're looking for a corporate team building experience, a group outing or an opportunity to get out there, have fun and support your community, this event is for you!  We provide the wheelchairs and an arena to embark on a series of friendly challenges.  You provide the team (teams of 6), lots of spirit, energy and enthusiasm.  The event

Shades of Ability

The Shades of Ability will be held on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2016 (**TIME IS TENTATIVE**) at Toronto Botanical Gardens, 777 Lawrence Ave E, North York, ON M3C 1P2 in the Floral Hall

Shades of Ability is a celebration of creativity, showcasing visual arts by people with a disability. The show will be open to all artists, professional or amateur who are living with a disability.
