The directors participate in the following committees:

Governance and Nominating Committee

The committee is responsible for board recruitment and education including orientation sessions, succession planning, reviewing and evaluating board committee performance, reviewing and evaluating board performance.

Client Services Quality Management Committee

The committee focuses on the quality of client services and client safety, including outcome measures/ benchmarks, or other means by which the overall performance of Spinal Cord Injury Ontario's programs and services can be measured.

Audit and Finance Committee

The committee is responsible for overseeing the financial controls and financial management of Spinal Cord Injury Ontario to ensure the protection of all assets and ensure responsible fiscal management.

Advocacy Committee

The committee is responsible for advocating proactively and reactively for better conditions of life for people with spinal cord injuries in Ontario.

Marketing & Fundraising Committee

The committee is responsible for oversight of the fundraising and marketing strategies, and for achieving annual fundraising goals to support furthering Spinal Cord Injury Ontario programs for its members and clients.
