We want to raise awareness about people living with spinal cord injuries in Ontario. We want people to understand what it means when a person’s life changes in an instant – how easily it can happen. We want people to be aware of disability issues so their actions may be influenced.

Paraplegia is the loss of sensation and movement in legs and in part or all of the trunk, usually resulting from an injury to the spinal cord below the neck.
