The Hold Me Tight Program: Conversations for Connection

A Relationship Education Group for Couples Interested in Enhancing the Quality of Their Relationships

For Who: Couples where at least one person has a spinal cord related condition

When: Monday August 27th 2012

Where: Therapeutic Day Room, Rm 164, Outpatient Services

Time: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m

*Please note that priority for the group will be given to couples living in the community*

 

The Hold Me Tight Program is being offered in partnership between Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, UHN, Lyndhurst Centre, and the Canadian Paraplegic Association Ontario
